Transition Town Faversham

From oil dependence to local resilience

Improved Bus Stops

Good news for Faversham’s bus users. Most bus stops around the town have been given a make-over, including display boards for information and timetables.

Previously, to know the bus times you would need to be in possession of a timetable,or able to access information from the Internet, making unplanned bus catching difficult. Hopefully with the information at hand, around the Town, people will feel able to access & use Faversham’s buses as an alternative to car travel.

For further information on the bus network, take a look at the council website.
